I'm Jake Martin - Just your average Canadian teenager who has an obsession with plaid, chicken, playing the guitar, and the great outdoors. I attend Degrassi in Toronto, and I can be seen wearing a blue polo, most likely with some sort of plaid shirt over top of it. Even though I live in the city now, I'll always be a Muskoka boy at heart. I'm pretty chill, drama isn't my thing, so I try to avoid it at all costs. I love to work with my hands, and I'm usually seen driving around in my infamous truck.

Relationship Status: My heart is taken by a very special girl, and that's not about to change any time soon.

Those are lots of people. Nope, I don't blush - my skin is the same colour all the time, Katherine. There is nothing to admit, so, no. Hah, no, it's because I was being sarcastic. But now that you mention it.... I'm kidding. No way, Matlin. I enjoy being mysterious.
• Katie: Eh. But, well, thank you. No need to lie, Jacob. I know you're blushing up a storm right now. You probably look like a ripe red tomato dressed in a plaid short. Ugh, you're always trying to be mysterious. It's moments like those that I feel like hitting you with a breadstick.
• Jake: You're welcome. I'm not lying, Katherine. I am doing no such thing, thank you very much. Always, babe. Always. Again with the breadstick hitting?! I don't deserve that! Oh wait, apparently I do because I'm as mean as Hitler.
